Profile

博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2012年本科毕业于哈尔滨工业大学生物技术专业,2013年硕士毕业于香港科技大学化学工程与生物分子工程专业,2017年博士毕业于京都大学环境工程专业。2017年10月至2020年6月在京都大学流域圈综合环境质量研究中心做博士后。研究方向为环境毒理学。针对生物体内高度保守的膜蛋白(G蛋白偶联受体、血清素转运体等),开发以细胞为载体的体外测试方法,检测水环境中微量污染物对膜蛋白的体外毒性。结合数学模型和化学分析,筛选环境中需要优先控制的高关注污染物。结合分子对接、分子动力学模拟等计算毒理学手段,解释污染物对不同生物的毒性敏感性差异。已经在Environmental Science & Technology等期刊发表论文5篇。
