代建勋（Email：jianxundai@dlut.edu.cn），开云平台首页 光电工程与仪器科学学院讲师，硕士生导师。本硕博均就读于吉林大学电子科学与工程学院（集成光电子学国家重点联合实验室），本科专业为电子信息工程，硕博专业为微电子学与固体电子学（国家重点学科）。近5年来，共发表SCI论文18篇，其中以第一作者发表JCR一区论文7篇，包括Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical和IEEE Electron Device Letters等传感器和电子器件领域著名期刊。

主要研究方向为氮化镓材料与器件，特别是功率器件、界面处理技术、介质构筑技术等；基于HEMT器件的生理信号传感研究。
