个人简介

控制科学与工程学院教授、博士生导师、CCF高级会员,中科院1区期刊《Swarm and Evolutionary Computation》副主编。研究方向包括复杂条件下(如复杂约束、多目标、动态环境、数据/知识驱动)的智能优化方法、机器学习、图像/视觉、数据挖掘、知识自动化、工业人工智能、工业系统智能管控、航电系统优化设计等。

近年已在IEEE TEVC, IEEE TCYB, IEEE TPDS、IEEE TSMC, IEEE TIP等重要刊物发表论文60余篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者SCI检索论文20余篇(含中科院1区/CCF A类IEEE汇刊长文15篇),出版《数据挖掘》专著1部,授权国家发明专利6项。 于2017年带领团队获得国际进化计算大会(CEC2017)竞赛冠军、2017年获得首届江苏省青年科技人才托举工程资助, 2015、2017和2019年获得江苏省优秀硕士学位论文的指导老师;2018年获首届江苏省“十佳”优秀研究生导师团队荣誉(全省所有学科共10个团队),2020年IEEE SMC企业信息系统专委会杰出青年杰出科学家奖,2021年获南京紫金山高层次人才资助。

近五年主持国家自然科学基金面上、民机重大专项子课题等项目10余项,科研经费近400万元。相关技术已在中航615所等大型企业成功应用,取得显著的经济社会效益。

招收控制科学与工程、系统工程、模式识别与智能系统专业研究生。2023预计年招收博士研究生2名,硕士研究生2-3名,博士后1-2名。
